getting a ticket dismissed

In Texas, you can get insurance no ticket dismissed if you get insurance on the day of the entry?

I have a ticket without insurance by day today, has yet to realize the policy expired. Can I get insurance if I have dismissed the same day that the ticket was written? quick answers much appreciated
